How good is PHP-Nuke?

I am sure at least once you have asked this question. If you read the post of the people on the internet what you hear about PHP-Nuke is bad most of the time. You get to hear thing like: PHP-Nuke is a thing of the past, a Swiss cheese in the security, lack of response from the main developer, poor development code and a lot more. I don’t plan to prove wrong those posts instead I want the rest of the web surfers to have a second opinion.

But it was not working as it should.
